Thanks everyone , its a bit on the small side and not as I would have liked but its better than nothing and they will have more room once the outside aviary is done.
I have got a small oil filled radiator in one of the old sheds which we used when we had kennels so I am going to get that out and put in there. BB - Which is the small detail you refer to ?

BB - Which is the small detail you refer to ? you will find you only need your oil filled radiator on the first number and only the first switch if you have 2 switches like i have ...they are fantastic ...remember it only has to be just off chilled..... so the water dont freeze...it dont need to feel to warm its best if its cool but not cold ....so you can be in there and it feels comfortable ..... and your eclectic bill will be very small.... ..

Been and got the new babies and they are in there and look very happy I will take some photos tomorrow. Is your radiator on thermostat Mick ? This one is .. I used to have it in the kennel on number 3 but will turn it down for the budgies

I used to have it in the kennel on number 3 but will turn it down for the budgies yes julie it has a built in thermostat.. . i dont trust them that are pluged into the socket ..... and then you plug into them ... they mess up to easy.... . and i also had a circuit breaker.... in the house .... where my power comes from ... so if theres a problem in the aviary it trips out ... but as i dont have my birds any more i took it away becuse it was so uguly in the house ...id send it to you but sorry i binned it ... . but your son in law should be able to fit you one. eather in yor house or in the aviary ... i think its a must when using a heater of any sort at night or in the day come to that.... ... heres some to look at ... www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=circuit+breaker&_sacat=0&_from=R40this is the one i had it was ok ...but as i said iv now binned it ... www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Belkin-RCD-Adaptor-Lawn-Mower-Power-Tools-Etc-E6-/251042293932?pt=UK_BOI_CircuitBreakers_RL&hash=item3a734968ac

You certainly have a beautiful combination of colours there, Julie. Some photos aren't terribly clear for me, I would not want to say for sure either sex. I don't see any obviously white nostrils though.

Thank you both .. So does that mean I have to get some hens ? When I asked about the mostly white one on here I was told she is a hen. I didnt take a close up of her this time so hopefully she is a hen
