Is their food inside?
Perhaps that and the highest perches would tempt them in?

Keep all food indoors, they will find it, when the birds go indoors for their last feed late in the afternoon lock them in.

Aviary birds as stated should always be fed inside this encourages roosting indoors. A light left on inside just before dusk & then dimmed or switched off after half an hour or so will give them a chance to settle down into this routine...B.J.

You have good advice from all the members. The answer to your last question is, that sleeping outdoors doesn't harm if the weather is not too harsh and there is no danger of dogs and cats etc.

all birds are best in at night.. . never feed them in the outside flight .... it attracts rats/ mice and other things you dont wont ... ... follow what BJ and the others has said ...... and you will not go wrong ... ..

Are you also turning the lights on inside, and turning them off outside to encourage them inside? Plus, putting the perches up higher on the inside.

They are in! all tucked up tonight. i moved one of the perches inside to enterance height and put some millett inside close to the enterance but far away enough so they had to go inside to get it. hopefully now they will get the idea. they may have just got used to the new surroundings and decided to go in anyway. thanks for all the help.
