Confused with this budgie.. I dont know if his wings seem a little lighter than normal? Is he a normal skyblue? Attachments:

Yeah..just seemed that his wings were a bit lighter than usual. And his dad is a SF Dominant Pied and his mom an Albino. So he is split to ino. But one confusing thing is, even though he doesnt display the traits of a dominant pied, he has a Pied marking! Some genetic disturbance maybe? :S

not as big as usual pieds. Around 3-4 small White feathers. His twin sister doesnt have them though. His Father was a SF Dominant Pied and mom an Albino. So he's split to ino. Also, none of his 7 siblings are dom pied..

This is not a pied spot. Normal budgies which are split for Recessive Pied can have a few white feathers behind the head. It can also be just white feathers and nothing to do with mutation.
