Your last chick is looking henny to me, but the photo is a little shaded on one side, and the second photo doesn't help me at all. I must put it out there, I am no expert - just trying to better my averages.

sorry sydney... im not good at this sexing lark...
but i am a little concerned about the one with feathers missing ... not sure whats going on there ....
is it because this is the youngest chick that simply hasn't fully feathered yet ....i dont no....??.

They all look females in these pictures.
I always wanted to ask that why the chicks are late in feathering up on the chest. Now that Mick has pointed out, do you see any reason?

I believe it's due to being plucked when in the nest he is the eldest it's almost covered when he hasn't got food in him just when his crop stretches it looks like that

Sent from my GT-I9300 using proboards yes they can grow back ... if you look at all the other feathers they arnt right either they look all over the place ... thats why i was suspicious the first place .... keep an eye on the flight and tail feathers.... to see if they grow normally ... if not this budgie will not be able to fly....
