Ok guys, so I have another concern about Toni;
About 2 days a go I put a Vitakraft-Kräcker Honey and Miele in her cage. When I came home from work today it was NOTHING left. I have given her this before but not in a very long while. However, I noticed that she did look a lot "fatter" and had a straight line starting from just below her chest going all the way down. She haven't been like this before when I have given her this. I also noticed her droppings have changed to very loose, green. She was exactly like normal yesterday?
Also about the same time I put the Kräcker in I rearranged a little bit in her cage to make it easier to take her out. Result in this was that she somehow managed to get the Kräcker-stick to "lock" her favorite swinging ladder from swinging. I assume that she haven't been playing a lot with it since she did this therefore haven't got her ususal excercise in the cage? (I try to take her out as much as possible, as much as she wants to) So I rearranged everything back, took out the kräcker-stick and gave her an apple to munch instead. She seems happy like usual, playing like crazy with her toys and eating and drinking like normal. Should I worry?

Thanks Mick, I'm very careful about the core. I only cut of a chunk with enough flesh for her to destroy lol. I read in another thread somewhere (here or maybe on another forum?) that if they have a line under their chest it's a sign of overweight? She's not puffed up or anything, and she seems to have overcome her recent moult that I wrote about in another thread..
If she's overweight I guess it's not more I can do then to keep giving her superhealthy stuff and get her to excersize.. mainly worried about her droppings?

I call those honey sticks junk food for budgies, just saying.

Yeah she won't be having more of those for a long while, and if so I will probably only a small bit at a time. To be fair though.. most of it is actually on the floor lol

Maybe she needs some toys or bark to shred, rather than food. Pecking the honey stick apart would be a similar exercise to shredding a heap of bark.

I agree with Corie. I don't anything like this. Those sticks are full of sugars and preservatives. Good quality fresh seed and a real slice of apple are a better option.
