One of my budgies I noticed was fluffed up in the aviary brought him indoors into a electric propagator he has been bring up whole seed after eating them. Its been a day since then and hes no longer fluffed up Sent from my GT-I9300 using proboards

could he of had something stuck? My Elf did the same thing a while back,it was like a shower of whole seeds,when i took him to the vets he said it was a slight crop infection,maybe it could be that although im in no way an expert x
sounds like canker / thricho to me .............treat all birds twice a year with thricho plus

I have no idea what the matter could be; Moogie may well be onto something there, or maybe just something that didn't agree with him. I would watch him for another day, and see how he goes.

Try some apple cider vinegar in his water it's a good crop cleaner. The ratio i use is 5ml per L , so you will need to work out how much to use in your small water tube.

How old is the budgie? I have seen some of my young do it when they are becoming adults and trying to learn the regurgitation.
