Ive got a pair the hen laid 2 eggs a few days apart and never sat on them then I find them on the floor today She is in breeding condition

sorry sydney... some hens do this if they feel threatened.. or they dont like it when you looking in the nest box ...
but also ... if they think theres a problem with the eggs ... out they go...
if shes not yet sat tight on them... and there not broken ... you can put them back in the nest box ... or under another hen ... i hope this helps ...

Nah they were broken. She is also a first timer so that could be why

Yes that's the reason. Mostly it is an unenthusiastic or inexperienced hen.
