They are quite a bit smaller than the budgies Stace but give a much fiercer bite lol :-) I really don't know what they are related too BB :-) I got as far as finding out what to feed them....luckily they eat every veg offered, in any way whole, grated on skewers. Really little piggies :-) I removed the egg today and put in another dummy. She won't get off the dummies now so I had to delve around underneath her while she pulled scary faces at me. Luckily she no longer bites me. She has a rapid growing beak so has it trimmed every 3 weeks or so and is so used to it now and also quite relieved when its done :-)

They are a pretty thing, aren't they? And they do look quite similar to a lovebird.

I really wish I could let her be a mum. If anyone fancies a couple of celestial chicks let me know and I could leave the last 2 eggs in ;-)

I am soooooooo tempted to let her be a mum BB! I wish there was somebody nice like you nearby to give a pair of chicks to. I would even tame them first if there was to be a good pet owner come up :-) This hen so wants to be a mummy!
