I have a huge worry over my other boy/girl (we've decided he's a boy now as his cere is now staying blue after changing a few times)
He's just become very unusual. Last week we said his first word. 'Up, up' the little command I give when offering my finger.
I went out, came home a few hours later opened the cage, boko came out and he stayed in I noticed allot of feathers around and that he had been bleeding. All died and stopped. Checked his wings, the very long ones on the end had gone, but again all dried up.
The next day exactly the same thing!? (I've been having to go out because my nan fell and I take care fo her during the day when grandad is at work)
I have no idea what is going on!
Yesterday he decided to be very effectionate and a bit sociable. He was older when I got him and untame, he will sit in your finger for a few mins but that's it, He sat on y head and preened. And started to pant and hold a wing open, I put him back in the cage and he stopped and just played with some toys.
He's eating, he's playing, he's. drinking, alert, preening and climbing around the cage. He looks perfect apart from the stubby wings!

I have no idea what could be going on, unless either he or Boko are pulling them out. To find that out you would need to separate them. Any chance of a photo?
