Obesity is a very real problem for birds with clipped wings. Yours look like they are all clipped?? Flying is the best form of exercise for budgies, and these birds are not fledglings; they should be flying. Obesity in budgies leads to other related health problems, the same as it does with humans, but in particular fatty liver disease.
You mention only two that don't fly. Do the other two? You may have to teach them to start flapping.

None of them fly! I would love for them to do so!!! They spent a lot of time outside of their cage, but besides flapping from their play perch (hanging of our ceiling) to the ground.... nothing! They all had clipped wings when we got them and I am not sure if that is the reason they do not fly yet. How long would it take for the feathers to grow back? I take keeping 'pets' very serious. Food, housing, health care... I am not the one who only keeps an animal to look at it. Keep them healthy, keep them happy. A bird has to fly! I bird proofed the entire house so they can fly around. They just don't

You are going to have to wait until the clipped feathers moult out. Depending how severely the wings have been clipped, and to me it seemed they are rather severe, it may take a couple of moults for all feathers to be replaced. All flight feathers aren't lost at the same time or obviously poor bird would be in danger of being dinner in the wild. But, they won't need all flight feathers to be replaced for them to be able to fly. At least they are flapping, even though they might not be going anywhere. Only time will tell whether they remember how to fly ..... you may have to encourage them with this once flight feathers have grown back. In the meantime encourage lots of flapping, and climbing, for exercise.

We have 4 healthy sweethearts who fly around the house every day! Many times I feel like King Kong surrounded by airplanes!

I managed to get a few pictures in the morning sun We hoped for Jack and Hansel to be boys and Jill and Gretel to be girls. It is not that important anymore... Gretel who sets the tone in the cage. She is the loudest! They eat when Gretel eats, preen when Gretel preens, play when Gretel plays... You get the idea! Hansel is sweet! Loves to bath and preen the others. He has no favorites! Jill our baby. She is the only one giving Gretel a hard time once in a while! She can't stand fresh fruit and veggie on a plate that sits on a platform halfway up in the cage. Every piece has to be dragged to the other side of the cage and dropped on the ground! Jack! I should not have one, but he is my favorite (atrb_partsz) "Just look at that adorable yellow little face!!!" The most easy going bird in our flock! Loves to eat and hang upside down. Sadly, I am not his favorite... He spends a lot of time preening Gretel. I think we got the genders right. Not so sure about Jill, she is just 'pale'.

From those photos they all look like boys to me, except possibly Jill, but I'm new at trying to tell anything about budgies
