He He you are much more of an expert than I am, come to think of it I am no expert at all. I still don't know if the leaves are bad for a budgie.

They are fine to feed Pop, there are lots of discussions on the web about feeding them to parrots, and also how good they are for humans too. You can also feed sprouted seeds. Google can parrots eat radish tops/leaves. I would put links up but a lot of them are other bird forums so not sure if that's a good idea. There's this one about humans eating them. uk.ask.com/question/can-you-eat-radish-tops

Also in the link to Barries feeding guide, there is a bit about radishes, if the leaves weren't good he would have stated not to feed them like he has with other things.

Ah! Radish tops is what they are called then. Sorry for being slow on that one. With regards to Barrie's excellent web page just because he doesn't say they are bad doesn't automatically mean they are OK, for me anyway. Just incase by some miracle Joey eats some leaves and is poorly who do I hold responsible? If you know what I mean. I'll have a google now I know they are called tops and not leaves.

I am hoping this was meant in jest, OP? If you cannot find any info stating they are fine, err on the side of caution and don't! You're responsible for Joey, no one else. There is a phrase used a lot in real estate: caveat emptor, meaning buyer beware .... basically "be it on your own head". It doesn't quite fit what I mean, but I am sure you get the gist.

Thank you again Hezz. Your post has answered my concern perfectly. The line you question in my post was to illustrate the quandary that I was in. Although the first part of it was in jest. I forgot to use the smilies.

I thought that may have been the case. Was hoping, anyway. But remember that most of the info we deal up is to the best of our knowledge, and generally only what we have first hand experience with or know someone who has. For example, you may find a list of plants not to feed budgies that will include garlic, but many of us feed garlic, mostly in powder form. But there may be a budgie out there who is allergic or something and will react badly to a particular plant ..... you can't lay the blame at any one's feet. Unfortunately s@#t happens, sometimes.
