Keeping 4 birds in a 2 rooms apartment is fine? They are always in cage and the size of cage is considerably big enough.
They are in bed room and the bed room is not used by us during the day.
Wont there be feather dust or other health issues?

Some bird owners develop problems with their lungs from breathing in the little skin particles that can be shed by birds. Personally I would not have birds in my bedroom because I had whooping cough when I was much younger. A good air purifier would probably be recommended. There is a pretty good article on this website about what kind of system to buy. budgerigarsforum.proboards.com/thread/6325/which-air-purifier

Some birds produce a fine powder that coats their feathers. Budgies are one of those birds, African greys and cockatoos are also included. Some people can be sensitive to this dust. If you are not sensitive there should be no difference to keeping them in any room where you spend a lot of time.

I also wouldn't share my bedroom with more than one bud.
Anyone can develop Bird Fanciers Lung if in contact with multiple birds, and i mean lots, over a period of years. I always use a face mask when cleaning my aviary.
