hi today unfortunatly i found one of my females dead
my friend that helped a lot on budgies told me that is ok to keep 2 males and 1 female together.
is it ok for breeding keeping 1 female with 2 males??

Its better. Real shame bout that hen. Must have been ill when you got her from the pet shops.
You will find that most people on here will recommend that you quarantine any new birds for at least 4 weeks before you introduce them to your flock

No the males will fight or push each other off the hen so chances of fertile eggs are slim.
You really don't want to buy another cage do you.

issue is he has very limited space. he's trying to make do with what he has. and as very common here in malta he was mis lead alot by petshop owners
