When you got them, how did they get them from the cage they were in? I'm assuming they caught them, so they can be caught. You just have to be confident and grab hold of them for their own good.

That photo still isn't close enough or clear enough for my liking, but I do think she may have scaly face. Ivermectin 0.1% is what you need, if possible. Make sure the concentration is correct ..... it isn't something you can get a stronger concentration of and water down.
To treat them you will have to catch them. It is simply a drop on the skin of the neck, feathers parted. And repeated in a week to ten days' time.

they were a gift so i don't know how they were caught. my fiance tried to catch them once but she bit him ( the one that is affected) anyway thanks alot =)
