Hi everyone, I was ordering from Northern Parrots and decided to try a seed called Beaphar Extra Vital. It was quite expensive at £4.99 a box. Has anyone else tried this and did they think it was worth it / buds like it? It's arrived and smells and looks different to their Trill. It looks like chunks of millet and dried fruit are in their too. Ive been mixing seeds with Harrison's ever since the vet suggested it so I'm going to mix one seed pot with this and another with the usual Trill and see how it goes.

I have tried it but have to say mine weren't wild about it. I currently mix Johnson and Jeff's with Trill and tonic seed.
I have tried to get mine used to Harrison's Pellets but apart from the occasional nibble they wont have it, ive tried all ways with it.

I've just changed mine to the Johnson & Jeff seed and the Harrison's super fine pellets and I have to say it seems to be going ok. Bert was the reason for the change as he was very groat happy but he even seems ok.

What's in Johnson and Jeff that made you buy it?

It's what's not in it...no groats.

Yes but I only changed cos Bert was just picking the groats out and on their own they're not good.
