That is the question. "To paint or not to paint?"
I've bought a single wooden breeding cage (630mm x 460mm x 305mm) and thought I'd give it a coat of something to lighten the interior as well as make it easier to wipe clean. My son reckons it's fine as it is unpainted.
I thought I'd use either white emulsion or a white satin finish paint.
What would you do?

I won't pain it if it was made of materiels which were easy to clean even without paint. If not, I would paint it

Gloss paint is the best paint for easy cleaning; you can get water-based gloss finishes these days.
