I am going to try to get my Jet into some new swings so he can be weaned off his fave plastic ones.
This perch company is giving me options of natural willow stripped birch or hazel... What

If anyone has experience re: budgie satisfaction and these woods, PLEASE, do share! I am going to try to order the swing for him tomorrow and try to rehabilitate his leg while wishing I knew before the plastic ones are not the best for his feet despite his love for them!
Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Willow and silver birch are ok, not heard of stripped birch. Apple is good, but whatever natural wood perch you use, make sure that you disinfect it even shop bought perches, before you use them.

If you're getting two, get one of each. Variety is the spice of life as far as buds are concerned.
