I noticed that Lilek has recently developed a stain above his cere I remember reading that this could be a vitamin A deficiency. Snowy has this stain too. But they eat vegetables including broccoli and carrot so why would they have a deficiency? Or is it something else? HELP!! see photo of Lilek

I'm not sure why it's there, but my Colin had exacly the same thing. It was there for quite a while but then he went through a moult and his feathers became pure white again. So I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Is he getting iodine and calcium? It was a long time ago, but I remember Ruby having a brown patch like that and I got them a block of some kind (either iodine or calcium, can't remember which!) and it went away.

He has iodine block and cuttlebone. He uses both as does Snowy.
