It's me again

Hi I was wondering if I could substitute rolled oats for oat groat until I am able to receive it as I have to order it? I have a breeder pair and three chics. Two of the chics Are already fledged but one still has not. The second of the three only left the nest yesterday. They have been in the breeder box the whole time but I don't think they were given any fresh food while they have been raising these chics. I have been giving them fresh fruit and veg, but should I start with egg food now or will it hurt them to change the food? I'll post pics in a bit, please help.

The third chic just left the box for the first time!! Yeah chicky!! Now, should I remove the nest box as I don't want anymore babies til they are more comfortable with me and I finish my aviary? I love babies but the mom and dad are so scared of me they fly into a panic when I feed them! They are getting better but it may take some time.
