She has laid eggs a day ago and I've took the nest boxes out to give them all a break and she has now started making this noise and tail bobbing as she does it. I've took a video for you to see and give your advice on

She looks fine to me. Similar tail bobbing happens when my cocks are singing in the morning. She maybe a little stressed out.

She doesn't look fine to me.... that's a lot of squeaking and tail bobbing. Perhaps a respiratory infection....?? Or Goiter? (I'm just guessing here!) Is she eating and drinking ok? I would make sure she's kept warm for now and wait for someone more knowledgeable to come along or take her to an avian vet.

That's what I thought tacey a respitory infection but she was fine until this morning. She is eating and drinking ok and when she was in the aviary she was preening and feeding a few others. She does have a little bit of food residue on her mask but she has been getting fed and feeding others so I am puting that down to that? I'm so worried.
My nearest avian vet is 2 hours away an the at is playing up at the min

Not that I remember. She's all settled down now for the night so I will double check her in the morning and post a few more pics. She has never been able to fly very well and just likes to spend most of her life in the best box

I think if you feel any swelling then it might well be goiter, as this will by the enlargement of the thyroid glands. Goiter is often caused by an Iodine deficiency... and the symptoms can include squeaky breathing. You can read more here www.avianweb.com/aviangoiter.html. I don't know though. Where's Barrie

A person is asking for help, I think if you don't have anything positive to add, don't add anything at all.

She has never been able to fly very well and just likes to spend most of her life in the best box treat for a goiter, add lugols iodine to the water, remove her from the breeding cage and isolate in a warm place. She is also very fat and should not be breeding at all.
