Flat fotted, getting sore?

Ada has never had great legs and feet, when she first came home last year she couldnt even stand up on them and hobbled around and sat all the time as they were so weak and she couldnt grip on a perch and kept falling every time. I asumed this was from not being able to fly so being on the floor all the time. She soon was able to stand, walk and perch, however she does hold her body to one side a bit and doesnt quite walk normaly, one foot goes out to the side a bit when walking. Her left foot is flatter then the other and ive noticed its getting a little red on the bottom. Is there anything i can put on it to help? Ive noticed a few times at night she is laying on her perch, i though it was her weight or being lazy but im now wondering if her foot is sore and thats why. On the plus side her weight is down to 47grams form 55 grams.

Can't help PP, sorry. Sounds like she needs orthodics. But surely someone will have some advice soon.

Is there anything i can do to keep it away? she has wodden perches

can i soak tem in trygeen to clean them? She does run around on the floor a lot as well chacing her ball. the bac is plastic covered in news paper.

been to the vets today, got baytrill to give her everyday and going back in 3 weeks. He thinks its from ada putting more weight on that foot, he is happy with her perches and said i can soak them in tryigeen and rince them off and it should harm them.
Also took eagle along as company for ada and he wanted to come out when ada came out (against her will as she knew where she was) so sat him on my sholder and he jummped off and ran across the floor!

I was using Fuciderm from the vets when Sid had bumblefoot but it was £30 for a small tube + appointment every time it ran out and they didn't last long, so I started using a Savlon cream instead, just put a load all over my finger and had him step up - job done!

thanks guys, would germalein be ok? we dont have savlon. The vet said he wasnt sure if putting cream on it would make it worse if it softened it. She had her first dose last night and was not impressed lol
