I am sure not every breeder makes a new thread for the supplements he bought for his birds. But it was very difficult to survive without this stuff for a long time. It was good too in a way that I learned to use different homemade solutions for budgerigar breeding and illness. Anyhow, I am quite happy and relaxed now that I have this stuff. Having finalizing the list and shipped to my place was not possible without Barrie's help.

What a well stocked and well thought out supply cupboard you have there. It just makes you feel more relaxed to know you have the stuff there when you need it.

I am little confused here, are these supplements necessary? It was only the other day Barrie told some one they had poisoned the chicks by over supplementing, can't remember who it was, and how come I reared all mine on good old, whole meal bread and egg?.......... sorry for the rant

Like Ivermectin and liquid calcium for example. The others we should have in the bird room just in case we need them. I had some respiratory problems in my birds and I didn't have anything to treat my birds with. I think you are referring to Tariq. Barrie did told him that he cannot give medicines to breeding budgies, as it will poison them and can be a reason of dying chicks in his flock. But this does not mean that one should not be prepared for anything bad. Remember we do not have vets here. By the way, these are just half. I received some after the picture was taken and some are on the way
