How have I missed this build? That is looking excellent so far Steve. Good use of an unwanted DG unit. If (and when) I get a new shed, I will be fitting DG. How can decking be cheaper than any other wood? It is surprising how they con us out of our money. In fact, decking costs more to mill it as it not only goes through a thicknesser like any other planed timber, but it also has to go through a spindle moulder to get the grooves. It is also a denser wood and has a better preservative applied that prolongs the wood due to it being a floor material.
Slightly off topic, we wanted LED lights in the toe kick plinths in our kitchen, so we popped along to B&Q, and was astonished how much they wanted for ten lights in their kitchen dept. Each light only had 1 LED inside, so I said to the missus, "Lets have a look at their decking lights", so off we went to the other end of the store, and there they had 10 LED lights, this time each fitment had 3 LEDs inside, and was a third of the price!
Back on topic, that is a grand job there Steve. I can't wait to see the end result. Well done mate.

I know the feeling Steve. I've had my 2 boys just over a year, and I still love getting up and seeing them every single morning. You've got yourself two beautiful little birds.

Gorgeous little buds you've got there, Steve. Shows how much those blues can change with the light in different photos. My first reaction was 2 birds? Why can I see three? Only by looking at the patches on Mr Blue's belly did I see the same bird.

Thanks for the nice comments.... We went to the pet shop yesterday to get a few more bits and bobs for the flight, one thing being a bunny water bottle as I think they are more hygenic, also got for them a swing thingy. time went on a bit and I got distracted again looking at the buds thinking if I get anymore I will need quaranine etc etc so 2 became 4 ....so we now have 4 buds all from the same shop so result. We have been watching them nearly al day and they are so funny, evrytime I go in the flight area it is as if they freeze still and as soon as I go they are all chunering away to one another...lol Will post some pics tommorrow
