Well done. Glad it worked. Now to just sort your car. I’m sure it’s not a one off and it may they ring round to find info, but sounds positive IF it came to a different car, perhaps a demo model so it would be used but not high mileage.

The big boss man is also going to email details of my fault to all the other Nissan dealers in UK to see if anyone has had same or similar. They did tell me generally the new Nissan Micra is fairly reliable and they don’t have may that fail at all.

I’m sure that’s true. But I suppose all makes have their odd ones. The main thing is now it will be treated how it should have been, at the start

That does sound very positive great news! Btw ffiscool - Citizens advice used to be really good as I recall but would you believe only yesterday it has been revealed that the CA have had a gagging order placed on them by the DWP?! Shocking! What with the new Universal Credit rollout they are not to bad mouth or give negative advise that towards the programme. Sorry helenmat, just had to say as am not intending to hijack your thread
