Re the acid, are you on meds for that? I’m on omeprazole, but sometimes still get breakthrough reflux . Mainly because I’ve either eaten late, too much, certain foods.
For me I have it with citrus fruits, sometimes tomatoes.
I recently started buying the sweets squishies. That wasn’t good. Caused reflux.
The other thing that helps me, otc bought, Deflatine. It’s a bit stronger than rennies. But helps me, esp at night
It’s all a minefield sadly

Yes. I am also on omeprazole. I wonder if I should ask the GP to up the amount of times a day I take it though cos I am only on one a day. Yes, tomatoes do it for me too, but not fresh ones, just sauces weirdly. When I was pregnant I lived on gaviscon!! I'll look into deflatine, thanks Re the acid, are you on meds for that? I’m on 40, so two in the morning. But yes, it might help to up it
If I’ve had something in a sauce that has cream, it blocks my nose

I hope the meds can help with the nausea and lessen the severity of the migraines. I have heard of folks who have benefitted from such things.
Good luck on Friday!

Hope you are feeling a bit better Marianne Marlow and that it goes well on Friday. It's awful to be feeling so rough Not sure if you are still looking for a plant based milk for coffee but I always felt that oat milk worked best. No specific brand but Alpro definitely did one that didn't curdle in hot drinks. I have tried some pretty bad milk alternatives though - the Dug range which is made from potatoes is grim!

Thanks willowsmum Ugh! potatoes in coffee.. I've tried soya milk, almond, rice and oatly barrista. Most work in tea, but are awful in coffee. Thinking I am going to have to give up coffee, this will lead to me yawning all day long and being like the living dead. Just got my sleep study results and my oxygen levels are falling to 70-80% at night which is scary, but explains why I am so tired all day and do not wake up refreshed.

Wow Marianne Marlow that is a worry. Hope they can do something to get the levels up. No wonder you are so tired. Not sure if you have access to an Aldi but my sister recommends their own brand Acti Leaf oat (barista style) in coffee and the soya in tea. It's their standard range although apparently they now do a value range too although she hasn't tried it yet.
