The human has been showing me videos of his other captives on his phone.
I must say, I enjoyed watching the ones that featured the big yellow ball of sunshine, which he calls "Chocobo". The ones of the little parrots just put me to sleep though. Humph.

*sigh* The human continues to act erratically. This is his latest "brilliant idea": Where do you even begin ...? I don't see a millet bribe anywhere. *shrug* I don't even know what a millet bribe is, it's just something the human has been babbling about recently.

Quick Note There were budgies outside my door babbling like loons. Eventually I told them to shut up, in no uncertain terms, *big shout* and they did.
This might be the first time I've addressed them directly, I bet they were shocked!
I'll have them trained in no time at all.
Anyway, carry on.

Love the "Brilliant Idea", Loz, placed perfectly, interesting to see what happens next. Also, do you have a vid of the "big shout" - would love to hear Coco!

Dear oldbuddyThere are no videos of my *big shouts*,of which there have been three today. I love watching the human jump when I let loose. He's never ready for them hahaha! I will of course resist the lure of the new furniture next to my cage. It looks like a haven for predators.

Well done Coco, definitely hold out for the millet before venturing near that scary stuff.
Also congrats on making Loz jump. You need to keep him on his toes..

For the fans, here's a pic from yesterday. I look very cool. Near disaster this morning. I happened to be making my way from the food station back to my perch and I thought I'd take a shortcut via the swing. OMG! The whole thing moves! I ended up dangling upside-down - thankfully the human was still fumbling for his camera. All he got in the end was a couple of shots where I had things more or less under control. Oh, the mortification. Why did he have to be there at the time? I then sat on my perch as if nothing had happened but I don't think he was fooled. So I shouted at some noisy seagulls outside for a bit. They are so noisy, they deserve to be shouted at.

Oh dear Coco. In time you might get to like the swing That human is determined to embarrass you isn't he! Maybe some more loud shouts to make him jump are in order.

Firstly Coco well done for keeping one eye on the human whilst going about your daily business, they can be sneaky as you have found out. The swing…well the clue is in the name, we like to annoy our mum by ignoring the one she puts in the cage…she gets a bit grumpy and tells us we are ungrateful which is silly cos we never asked for one in the first place. She took it out and is rejigging it, at least that what she has been saying for ages, now she wants to put something huge back in the cage called a raft. Apparently another human in Scotland (no idea where that is but we bet you need jabs to go there) made it for us which was silly cos we never asked for that either. Excellent news about the vocalising, keep it up as they end up very frazzled after a continuous bout of it, our human once looked after two cockatiels and nearly lost the plot apparently.. Now Coco, we are budgies and the chirping you can hear inside is budgies…and Chocobo, Chocobo needs a thread of his own to understand him better…. Yelling at seagulls is also excellent, we do that too but we ignore pigeons cos they are stupid. Our human has taken so long to type this that we are now going to snooze on the top of our cage, she wants us to ‘flutter bum’ which is her way of saying have fly around but we are not going too cos we are rebels. PS bet she will post this without checking for spelling mistakes etc.

Vandal! Barbarian! Look at what he's done now. A platform perch? Why? Does he think I'll use it to leave my lovely cage? Although it's hardly lovely and hardly mine now, with the junk he's put in here. I shall now just glare at him. He's gone too far.

Well done Coco, don’t make it easy. It has to be on your terms. As for the swing, what a cheek, probably wanted to catch you doing just what you did on a camera thing.
One thing I would say, if the human wasn’t in there other than to change food and water , it could get a bit boring. At least this way, you get to hiss and annoy him. But when he is in there, just ignore him.
They don’t know their place, it’s up to you to teach him

Dear Diary The human was messing with my water, which is fine but I have to draw the line when he takes my food bowl away. I need that! He managed to redeem himself as my bowl arrived back topped off with my once-a-week fruit & nut mix. I've almost forgiven the renegade. 1drv.ms/v/s!AnyoyWilEZ_Xh-JVUQgPP1S1_Nmhbw?e=QDHTErNot long after this though he blew, big style. Tried to sneak a carnivorous food bowl onto his thrice-damned platform perch. Why is it always one step forward, two steps back with this human? 1drv.ms/v/s!AnyoyWilEZ_Xh-JXRQj7kj6anlQgkw?e=EWef02
