It's a poss as seemed the Yoak was on her tail so maybe. It got stuck to her feathers

Oh a slight concern with pair 2's chicks I've heard pain squeaking so looked it they were fine however after taking a closer look I've notice the down feathers have been plucked :/ gotta keep an eye on these guys.

Just an update 3 pairs have. Have chicks pair 1 has 5 however fostered the youngest out to pair 4. Pair 2 is now just the father and 3 plucked but beautiful chicks doin well . Pair 3 plenty eggs only 1 fertile here's hoping it hatches. Pair 4 has 3 chicks one was fostered to her but the one that hatched today I found cold and almost dead this morning he was on the wrong side of the best box so warmed him up and gave him a lil warm milk and put him back next o the siblings. Won't know if he makes it untill I look when I get home

That's why checking nest boxes after every few hours is very important. You did well and I hope the little one makes it.

Sadly he was kicked out the nest and was dead so must have had a problem I couldn't see
