We just rehome d a lovely budgie from the SSPCA that we remaned Hetty (AKA Madam Feathermus) we are in the middle of trying toget her settled and hand tame. Well we think she is a she! If it is OK I would like to post some photos soon hopefully you can help confirm Hetty is a girl if not he will become Henr y thanks Pamela

Hi, Pamela, and welcome to you and Hetty, possibly Henry. The easiest way to post a photo is to use the "Add image to post" button at the beginning of your quick reply, and it will take you through uploading your photo(s) into your post. Wait until it is loaded before posting your reply. Put a few photos up in the Gender section, and we will help you determine, hopefully, whether you have a Hetty or a Henry. Just to add, I am not sure you can do that from a mobile phone, though ..... only your PC. I think.

If you use Tapatalk and are on a mobile phone it is a lot easier to add an image/video whereas doing it on a mobile phone with no app suitable

Going by the first picture I would bet my life savings on it being a girl.

pamela318, you have thrown us a curve ball with this one. I'm afraid I could be swayed either way, so I'm going to ask what is this bird's behaviour like? Does Henry sing, or Hetty squawk? Talk to the mirror? Give dolphin-like clicks or quack like a duck at things not to her liking; play with toys??? My first opinion is hen ..... but I would like to know more about Birdie's behaviour to jump off the fence, one side or the other.
