This is Buddy, having some time with OH. Just noticed he left him a gift! ![(rofl)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/rofl.png) ![](https://s26.postimg.org/6ekor5091/IMG_2015.jpg)

If you click on the small picture it opens in a new window. then right click on it and "copy image location"
Then paste that into your reply inbetween the image brackets [img] [/img]
Sorry the post title was "step up Buddy" and the picture was of Boris, I thought you had made an error.

You should be able to alter your own posts, even the title of your thread, Helen, by using the "Edit" button. Very nice set of steps, there; no wonder you were tired. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Thanks Marianne Marlow for changing it for me. Thanks for the comments about the steps, there not finished yet but here's the other set that we finished a few weeks ago. We are trying to make the garden easier to get around after my foot surgery went wrong and I'm a bit wobbly! My OH is very handy and I'm lucky to have him. ![](https://s26.postimg.org/9nlsbr151/IMG_1968.jpg)

Oh, I like that!! Can I borrow him for a little while?? I think about a month would do nicely. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) Not good news regarding the foot surgery; was this after your marathon? I do remember you had a problem beforehand and waiting until after to get it seen to. ??

I do remember you had a problem beforehand and waiting until after to get it seen to. ?? I am sure he would jump at the chance to come and help you out there if you paid for his flights! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) I had the surgery in March after finally not being able to stand the pain in my big toe any more from about December. I had a toe fusion which was supposed to do no more than take the pain away but it should have allowed me to do all the things I could do before, after healing, including running. Sadly my big toe is now bent the wrong way under my foot and I am now walking on it, which is both uncomfortable and unstable. It will need to be done again at some point but has to be strong enough to cope with the trauma again. I am dreading going through it all again, not to mention the loss of earnings for 10 weeks, but I cannot walk properly now let alone run. I went for my last run the day before my surgery. Gutted is an understatement! Sorry if you are squeamish! ![](https://s26.postimg.org/3y49ge551/IMG_1843.jpg)

That's awful for you. Did they admit they mucked up? I've put off having anything done as my bunion needs sorting.
Love the steps by the way and the buds

ffiscool I have been through the complaints board, they admitted it had gone wrong but not that they had done it wrong although its hard to see the difference. I had a condition called Hallux Rigidus which translates to stiff big toe, I had around 30% movement and incredible pain with every step. sadly the only thing that is better is the pain.
