Maddy's weight was fine. She'd lost 2g from her last weighing two days ago, down to 50g. Not concerning.

Who’s is a contraction of “who is” or “who has”. “Whose” is part of the possessive pronouns such as my or yours. If “who is” doesn’t make sense in your sentence then the word you want is “whose”.
