My budgies breakfasts today sounds boring in comparison. They have carrot circles and celery sticks on skewers and the upstairs budgies also have a little glass ramakin of grated carrot and tiny cubes of celery.
What herbs are best to give budgies? I keep meaning to try mine with Basil but I don't know what else is good for them herb-wise.

My budgies favourite Herbs at the moment are Basil, Dill and Thyme.

Basil looks right, but I haven't seen purple before. Dill is right. Not sure about the Thyme. Ours looks like this:

But both are thyme. Apple, corn and brocolli yesterday .......... haven't decided on today's yet. And always the seeding grasses - the developer behind us hasn't cleaned up his block for a while, but the budgies don't mind one bit!

But both are thyme. That's interesting Now I'll have to find out which thyme we have here, if any at all.

From memory, they call that purple basil Asian or Thai basil. It has a slightly different flavour, still basil like though.
