because apparently theres nothing wrong...they could hear her singing n shouting and just said to keep an eye on her.......if she's not better by the weekend or she gets worse.. i'll take her to the PDSA vet centre near me, probably much better there.

Singing and shouting is no indication of anything.
I took Blueboy to the PDSA when he was ill, they said that his distressed noises were normal budgie noises so I doubt you will get much luck there!
Do you have an avian vet you can use?

nearest one is in cardiff...and i got no way of getting to there and for a consultation it's £75 there's another vet i can goto, where Sarah took Skye to see if her claws needed trimming (Skyes not sarah's) but it's quite far out for me, as it dont drive and getting a lift off my brother is hard enough... i'll go there if the PDSA one doesn't work out too well....

"yea thats what i've been doing BB, will she eventually eat the rest of the stuff in there? " Rob, firstly don't expect Daisy to eat every last bit of the Trill. I find, and you probably will too, that they have their favourites and once that is gone they WON"T eat the others. It is best to just chuck and top up with fresh. I don't mean throw out every day, but after a few days you will notice a collection of all the same things in the bottom of the seed dish. Budgies will starve before eating what they don't want (apparently! I am not going to try it!) Also the breeder I got one of my birds from warned me to never let the seed get too low, as budgies are inclined to panic and stress if they even think they may run out of food. Again this I have never felt the need to prove or disprove. Secondly, her guts will probably take a day or two to settle. Think what it like having a bad case of gastro yourself - you don't immediately come good. "The grey bits" ...... are you meaning the white/grey part of the last photo you put up? If so, the vet is correct, these are the urates of Daisy's waste. I would be inclined to give her a day or two for her guts to settle and of course keep an eye on her, of course you are worried, and have been worried, and it would have been nice to have a bit of reassurance. If she goes down-hill, stops eating again or goes quiet, then I would be getting her to the vet.
