Hi all! An update on Freddie...Since I last posted he hasn't felt the need to have time out of the aviary:) God only knows how hes pulled it off yet again! Those of you that were on the old forum might remember pics of his origonal chest tumour the size of his head which disappeared. Even the vet had no explanation to this! I'm swearing by the eucalptus and swiss chard diet thats great news nat...... .. keep it up freddie your a real fighter ... .. and were all proud of you .... .. regards mick..... .

Thanks everyone for your good wishes for Freddie! Stace, I feed the chard raw and they seem to prefer the stalks to the leaves although the leaves get a bit of a demolishing too!. I think chard might have a good iodine content:) And the best thing is that its so easy to grow from seed
