Welcome to the forum I am going to guess at the first 3 being female and the last one being male.. But don't take my word for it, someone else will be along soon to give you a better answer !

thanks for everyone for your response. White hen is very notorious and always fights with other hens and with cock aswell. Fight hasn't been too bad as they all get together to eat and sleep without much fuss among them.
do I need to separate the white or may be add two more males so that it would make 3 pairs totally....

little complicated response...
I have four cages one below another.. each one is of 2.5 feet width ; 2.5 feet of length & 3 feet of height.
I have option of either removing the separator and make it as one big cage or I can have it separated and have 4 cages of equal size

One big cage which is tall but only 2.5 feet wide wont be any good. Don't worry about the budgie squabbles if they were recently put together. They will soon be over with it.

BB - They are together for last 3 months and fights just started couple of weeks ago. May I go ahead and get couple of males, so that it would make 3 pairs totally. May be this would help them make bonding with males and keep them occupied as well.

Do you have any nest box in there?
The hen may have come in to breeding condition, hence the recent fights. And if this is the reason, it will be over once she is out of breeding condition.
Putting in two new males won't necessarily stop the fights.
