Yes it is air, I think in the crop. the baby is still feeding and strong. Older siblings are much bigger and doing fine. Does anyone know what the problems is?

As far as I know air in the crop is not a good thing.

Thanks for your advice. My baby was much smaller with a hugely distended crop. I should have this earlier because he couldnt even lie on his front, only on his back.
