I'll bet your breathing a sigh of relief that it's all over Marianne. Well done Custard for being a brave boy x

When I opened his little travel case at home, he wouldn't move.
I had to bring Hector over to show him that he was home.

When I opened his little travel case at home, he wouldn't move. I had to bring Hector over to show him that he was home. That would NEVER happen here, as soon as the travel cage door would be open any bud would be out as they already would have heard my lot when I came in the front door! Well.... perhaps all except Sir Wiggy - he would expect a lift

Did the vet say what might be causing the problem or did you already know?

Oh and after the vet clipped his beak and used the dremel to file it, Custard bit him

Well he did have to test it to see if it was sharp enough.

Wouldn't the Dremel make the beak a bit hot?

Wouldn't the Dremel make the beak a bit hot? Maybe. But he did it slowly and bit by bit.

He looks so cute peeking out of his travel case. Where did you get it from?

Ahh love him, glad you got on ok with him Mariannne. He looks nice a tidy . I cant get over how quick they grow, i used to have to do Piper's every 4 weeks or so and his toe nails, it really is rapid Hopefully once his diet change and additives kick in it may slow it all down.
