Hmm. I do not know if it's sinus or migraine now. I do have massive sinus issues. Every time I get a cold (which is often) my sinuses fill up. In fact they are stuffed up most of the time.

I have terrific sinus issues, thanks in part to an ongoing oroantral fistula. If the attack turns to infection, it is legitimately agonising.
I never get nausea when it's very bad though, I'd have to guess that you are definitely suffering migraines, Marianne.

Oh okay! When I googled sinus headaches and nausea, it did say it could make you vomit. I do have jaw pain also. I searched for "oroantral fistula" and I am still unsure what it is. I'm sorry you suffer with this though, it sounds awful

It's a nuisance more than awful. It arose from a molar extraction quite a few years ago. A year ago, I finally got a dentist interested in it and he referred me to a consultant. I have my next appointment this month, when I expect to be put in the queue for surgery. Whether I'm still around when I'm called up though ... who knows. I am 61y/o after all!

Let's hope you're around for a lot longer. You have birds to look after, after all!!
I'm 48, at times I feel more like 108.

I'm sorry you suffer with this though, it sounds awful My experience of jaw pain is that it can be caused by clenching your jaw, be that from anxiety, low level discomfort or whatever. Mine came after every visit to the dentist. I caused the symptoms go away by making a conscious effort to relax my jaw and making myself be aware of when I start to clench my jaws.

It could be anxiety, but also I am hypermobile. So when I yawn I have to be careful not to dislocate my jaw. Oh okay! When I googled sinus headaches and nausea, it did say it could make you vomit. I've had pain from yawning at various stages of my life. I've always hated it.

I know I have spoken about this in a previous thread Marianne, but have you ever tried a Neti Pot with saline salt solutions.
I suffer terribly when I have a cold/flu I love mine, I find it really helps.

My jaw does this. Have to go to a&e to get it relocated. Very annoying ! It could be anxiety, but also I am hypermobile. So when I yawn I have to be careful not to dislocate my jaw.

Oh no! Ouch!! I'm so sorry, that sounds horrendous. So far I have managed to avoid it. My jaw clicks constantly and I can never fully yawn. I have an issue with my hips too, where they come close to dislocating. Also shoulders. I only realised when Eve was diagnosed as hypermobile, that it is what I am too. My jaw does this. Have to go to a&e to get it relocated. Very annoying ! It could be anxiety, but also I am hypermobile. So when I yawn I have to be careful not to dislocate my jaw.

Have you ever looked in to histamine intolerance or mast cell issues? Histamine controls so many things with your body and can make you feel really awful. For years I was regularly getting a blocked nose and one or both ears, joint pain, tiredness and generally feeling under the weather before I found out about histamine intolerance. It also causes hypermobility and anxiety which made me wonder if it could be a problem for you. It has effects on the heart and digestive system, and just about all of the body. This website is quite good. There are others I can recommend too. I've had most of the symptoms on the list. www.histamineintolerance.org.uk/about/symptoms/I've not had a formal diagnosis as that is hard to get, but I did get an acknowledgement from an allergy consultant that it is likely that I have histamine intolerance, based on the improvement of so many of my ongoing allergy like symptoms when I started a low histamine diet.
