Yes, blueelephant That's what I'm trying. Over here its called "baby broccoli". I've cup the bits off the top of the head and mixed it with their sprouts and put enough in the dish so that its obvious. Thanks!

That is a good idea, I hope he takes to it.
It does amuse me how vegetables are called different things in different places. It can cause much confusion!

I thought I'd post an update on Tweetie Pie. Now the I've converted him to a seed-free diet, he hasn't vomited at all! About a little over a week ago, he was looking very poorly, perching fluffed up and sleeping most of the day but still eating. I called my vet but she was on vacation for a week. I was afraid I was going to lose him so I took him to another avian vet nearby. I gave her his history. She said he had a bacterial infection and said sometimes it happens that they get over a yeast infection and then get a bacteria infection. The medicine she gave me has to be given to him daily and its just a drop. I tried to put that drop in his beak for three days unsuccessfully and then started putting it on a bauble of millet. He did eat it and has started to perk up some. He's separated from Buddy in the hospital cage because Buddy will try to eat that millet. Thurs afternoon I'm taking him to his regular vet to look at. Meanwhile, every time I let Buddy out to fly around, he heads for Tweetie Pie and spends most of the time visiting with him.
