That’s great!
Keep an eye on their other issues because Scatt won’t fix those. If you haven’t been able to take them to a new vet and their symptoms are any worse or the same and you can list them, you should take them to their original vet because he may be able to help.
If he didn’t see anything wrong before. He may be able to see what is wrong now if they do not improve or get worse. If they actually are sick it is likely they will get worse.

Silly me! I left the window open, next to the cage, I don't have mosquito nets. Then I was going out somewhere and forgot about them! There was a heavy rainstorm, and when I got back they were all wet and so was their cage . I closed the window and gave them a lamp to heat up. They dried up quickly and then they were all ok. Also, I noticed Biscuit shedding lots of feathers, yesterday night he shed 10 feathers, last night another 10. Just to let you know, I put them in a different cage(that has a grate) yesterday because I noticed Biscuit has got a bad habit of coming to the bottom of the cage and eating the seeds that he doesn't want to waste so he ate the seeds from his stool. Also noticed this red spot, what is it? His feathers.

Perhaps leave yourself a note near the door, for when you go out, as a reminder to close the window. Was it chilly or just wet?

it was chilly as well but when they were next to the lamp it was much warmer; so they started playing with their toys and chirping.

Just noticed what looks like blood or dye on Biscuit's beak! I don't know if it is blood, but he was playing with the bell toy that has a read bead and the dye comes off very easily, also the toy was wet. Should I be concerned?

the red stuff has gone. Biscuit's scaly mites are completely healed except for a tiny bit of crusty stuff on his feet. Going to put some vaseline, as Marianne Marlow has suggested.

He is still the same, seeds in poo but active and happy(usually only mornings and evenings). At night he fluffs up his vent and leans forward on 2 feet and he has been sleeping like that since he got sick. I have found a veterinary clinic, El's veterinary clinic, with good reviews saying that is very good at treating sick and injured birds. I have checked out their instagram and read a sad story about an alexandrine parrot that was severely injured by a cat, and they had to amputate the wing to save her life. She survived but will never be able to fly again. I am bringing both birdies to this vet when I can.

I have had nights of horror after seeing weird colors on the birdies.. there's a few chewing wooden toys and a ladder with food color. And then I decided not to ever get anything with food color on it! I didn't!

Biscuit and Bluey are completely happy, no more strain when pooping and they are not listless. Bluey did this movement where he stretched out his neck, opened his beak and did it for 5 seconds. He did it a few times. Looked like he was trying to get more air in. He is not vomiting, just sneezing occasionally, but I have not found him doing the weird movement at all. Bluey is extremely happy, bobbing head throughout the day, chatted to my thumb and kissed it. they have stopped being aggressive with each other. Biscuit is happy too, very active and eats well. The only thing is that both have weird poops, Bluey's poo is brown, or green with a tint of white. Biscuit's poo is black with no seeds, or dark green with seeds. Both don't sleep normally though, they sit up on 2 feet throughout the night and don't tuck their heads in.

Would it be worth it taking Biscuit to the vet as it doesn't look like the disease is affecting him badly. Also, Biscuit lost most of his tail feathers yesterday, 2 long ones and 3 short ones, I can see he has pin feathers but why only tail feathers?

Biscuit is molting again, as I said in the first post, both also look a lot worse I noticed both straining to poop today, bending forward and vent fluffed up when pooping. I cleaned the cage and swept the area today, changed the cage setup and they are loving the change! Ever since they broke the cuttlebone in half a few days ago(how?? It's so hard!), they have been grinding their beaks a lot more.

Mine eat a lot of cuttlefish bone and mineral block for their calcium needs during molt. Once the cuttlefish bone is all chewed from inside, it isn't very hard for them to break... I have got many pieces with me..which I had kept for Cookie to play.. she just loves throwing it everywhere she can.. Mine don't lose a lot of tail feathers in one day.. sometimes out of fear, they can drop their tail feathers for the fear of survival (which could have been the case with them flying in a new room).
I think they loose their wing feathers followed by body feathers & tail feathers.
I saw Cookie straining to poop a few days back.. I thought it was due to summer and less water consumption.. so I am hand feeding them water multiple times a day and some green juicy veggies. She seemed okay after all that..
